All cpus aren't the same and your mobo ain't that good so it's anyones guess.

Initial support for that CPU starts with BIOS 0411, though it seems there are 2 variants for that CPU, a 125w and a 95w.
The Latest BIOS is 2101 from last year, so again, if it isnt up to date that may be the first place to start.

As with a board such as you have currently; you could probably increase CPU VCore all the way to 1.5V and it still most likely wouldn't be stable; due to both the Chipset and poor VRMs.
no vrm cooling, and at 5.2ghz your batting 220w tdp your going to destroy the vrm portion of the board
125w is the plain 8320 and 95w is the energy saving 8320e.

Asus says it can support ^ 140w cpus but I believe that's a stretch imho.
I'm starting to think pusing it to 5.2ghz may have damaged the processor because 4.5 didn't seem to be a problem before that.
