c++ is used to run games and graphical stuff you shouldn't uninstall it many programs use it. The reason you have so many is because there are many different version of c++, some programs use Visual C++ 2005 and others use Visual C++ 2010 for example so don't remove them.

But I really need more space in my computer,and I don't believe I need 20 of them since I normally play 5-7 games,how can I make sure I delete the ones I don't use?
You can't, and the runtime are only 10MB each anyway.

If you are looking to clear space... You are looking in all the wrong places.

Clear out games, applications, music, videos, etc.

Most of those programs only use a few megabytes of space.
Download a program like Ccleaner and let it clean your pc it wil remove Gigabytes of temporary internet files.

CCleaner and Microsoft Disk Cleanup; run em.
Dump out whatever shows listed in Disk Cleanup.
Windows Updates will take up many GB worth over time; dump out your System Restore too; then make a new restore point afterwards.

You dont need visual C++ 2005 and 2010 seperate, 2010 by itself would be able to do any functions from 2005 just fine. The reason you have so many versions is becuase games you use install them and then dynamically link those libraries at execution, basically if you uninstalled them the games that installed them might not be able to work anymore.

Ahh no; you're are wrong; you need every Visual C++ there is;
2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015; and both x86 and x64 of each.
Games and Apps that use C++ Runtime require a certain version.

Get larger drive for your OS; or get MORE drives.
You should always have 10-15% minimum free space on C drive; don't exceed that.
