How did you reset your PC?
Do you have a folder on the root of the C drive called "Windows.old"? If you do, run a disk clean-up to remove it.

I am also suspecting Windows.old or a ton of bloatware.

Right click on the C drive in Windows Explorer, hit properties and then disk cleanup.

Well there is your problem, run disc clean-up.

Type "Clean" in the search bar (also works on non english versions of Windows) and run it.

It does, thats the safe and proper way to remove those; as those are deemed "Previous Windows Installation(s)"

To do that you would need to take ownership of the folder first and that's a pain in the ass for beginners.

Why not just do a clean OS install, during the install, wipe the C Drive clean.

You never need to do this, again that's what Disk Cleanup is for.

guys i've done the disk-cleanup. Now it says : You can use disk-clean up free up to 61.7Gb of disk space on Windows(C:) I press OK or Cancel? sorry for the ignorance
Yes of course, if you do not need any files from "C:\Windows.old"
Everything in Disk Cleanup is safe to delete/remove.
Also use this after you have completed Windows Updates and the OS has rebooted, as a means of deleting un-needed WU Cache.

Since your OS is fresh once again, be sure to do Windows Updates and then go install all latest hardware Drivers, from the various chipset websites, as per your hardware specs; before messing with Games and such.
