Amazon return for coil whine?
Any of you ever returned a graphics card to Amazon for coil whine? Were you charged a restocking fee?

Coil whine is almost a guaranteed issue, I would be surprised if they even accepted that as a defect.

better luck with rma from the mfg

unless its really bad they will not accept it
get a case that is better at blocking sound

Not for coil whine but yes I have returned cards with amazon for full price. Didn't give a reason

Amazon does not care. You can pretty much return anything for any reason.

If you returning for coil whine, then do a refund, not exchange. Then buy a totally different gpu model. IDK why folks care so much about coil whine. Play with headphones and coil whine and fan noise won't be an issue. It should only do it when fps is very high.
