Help instal Old game Wanted Weapon of Fate

I have an old Laptop and want instal some old Shooter games
my laptop Specs Dell Latitude E5430
Intel i5 3340M 2,7GHZ
Intel HD graphic 4000
6GB of ram
Windows 10 Dx 12

after i instaled the game i got black screen when in game with music,Hud and SFX when like walking press W,A,S,D i thing its graphic card problem but idk what wrong, i hope there is people out there that like instal old game like me that can help thangkyou

for new gen PC i still saving for it due curent condition i gues i play old game for now

Thankyou but looks like i need to downgrade to windows 7 to play old game due i cant instal Diretx 9 at my old machine and like its listed its Dx 12 if i have good machine i can play newer game with that Dx and i see at youtube the game can run at HD 3000

Yes you can use DX9. Install the DX Redist June 2010 package. Even Win10 needs this.

DX12 is just the max an os can do, same as Win7 supports. This has nothing to do with older games that use dx9, 10, 11...

i will try it i seen it at redist pack somehow kinda confuse what should i install and will comeback with the result

DX Redist is needed regardless of what Windows OS you have. It injects the rest of the otherwise missing DirectX library files into the OS. It has nothing to do with what Windows you are on, or which DX a game uses.

What errors do you get?

still same error just Hud, music and sfx i can hear the character moving and ads but its just pitch black no texture at all

You only have Intel graphics. That's the problem. Many games simply will not work or display or run well on Intel HD older then the 5xx and 6xx series

i just give up, the game can run on intel HD 3000 with good fps why it cant for 4000? and like i said it 2010 game so its old game, HD graphic 4000 release at 2012 so why not? its just bad Hardware support game i gues

man this is silly people out there talking about ultra realistic game Nvidia 2060 RTX and we are here talking graphic card from 2012, its a better graphic card can run it? i mean older system can run it so why this one cannot? just wondering i never complte this game at junior high school just love the idea of curve shoot its cool lol

and i hope corona gone so market back to work and price go to stable state, so i can start saving for good pc, for now i busy with Medal of Honor old series Allied Assault and Pacific Assault one, just finish some old Call of Duty one and World at War its the best

Nope i just tinkering with Dx stuff and video drivers not to Bios and stuff, because other pupular old game can run nice on my pc and many indie games can ruin nice too

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit 22H2 and I had this error:
"Application has crashed: C++ exception
This game requires an up to date version of Ageia PhysX and associated DLLs. Please install latest PhysX runtime."

I installed all program from the game's folder and after that these programs:
(and even some of these were already installed from the game's folder, I installed all)
