Steam controller recharging
My Steam controller regular batteries drained out so i bought rechargeable ones for wireless play. But after they drained out the controller doesn't work even if i recharge them with my usb cable.
why?
Do i need to take out those two AA batteries and recharge them separately?

The Steam controller does not charge batteries. They need to be recharged separately.

Why did they make it so stupid? Is it cause all AA AAA etc batteries can't be recharged via the usb while there are inside their corresponding devices?

Buy good AA rechargeable types in at least a pack of 4, along with a wall charger for them. Use good ones like Energizer Lithium. Charge all of them, then use 2 in the controller, have the other 2 charged and ready to use. After swapping out, stick the dead 2 on charge.
