It is similar to modern i3 at best, and is not great for modern games either, so paying more than ~$50 for it would be a bad idea IMO.
If you motherboard does not support OC it is even worse...
What's a budget combo motherboard plus CPU that will serve me well, I don't need anything special of a motherboard, the CPU should be solid, like i5 or i7, not more than 200 euros
If practical consider a new CPU/motherboard/memory ryzen setup.
The i7-3770k is still decent but is will not be useful as a good gaming CPU for much longer.
But yes a 3770 or 3770K would be fine but you'll need a cpu cooler. Something like CM Hyper212 EVO V2 or something similar from BeQuiet would be fine. You also will want another 8gb of ram, an SSD and Win10 64bit 1909 or later
