Undervolting an i7 8750h 2.2 ghz
Hello. I lately have been trying to undervolt my i7 8750h but i have no idea how to check if my undervolting/ setting changes do good or bad for my cpu.
Should i use Cinebench R15? Because i have heard that its a good test for cpu's

There is no "bad" you can do to your CPU by undervolting, worse you're going to get is system instability, and that's exactly what you need to check.
Pretty much any software that includes CPU stress-test will do - OCCT, Aida64, Prime95.

What software did you use to undervolt it? Also can you post the voltages you set on the CPU?

I used throttlestop and have currently undervolted it by -125 mv core and cache

Use Aida64, and let it run for a few hours.

Because i need to use it for other purposes than just benchmarking

Just run it for like 15 minutes, if it doesn't BSOD or crash or anything - use it for your other tasks.
Basically, if your system is unstable - you'll know it pretty soon anyway.

Try stress testing when you're a sleep. If the thing is still running after you wake up, its stable.

Then it's not a good idea to be messing with it, if you know you've got ♥♥♥♥ to do.
Do it when you've got free time.

Last thing you want is some random crash, while you're working on something important.
