Dell U2414H monitor does not come out of power saving mode.

Hi all, my Dell monitor doesn't come out of power saving mode when i restart my PC and pressing the power button on the front of the monitor does nothing i.e. power button works but the monitor just keeps entering power saving mode. This only seems to happen (from what i remember) when i play Euro Truck Simulator 2 on Steam when i have my pc connected to my TV via HDMI cable, my tv is powered on and i have the monitor display set to duplicate by pressing windows key & P. Also, my TV displays 'no signal' when the monitor is in power saving mode and the PC has booted up. To solve the problem, i have to press and hold the power button on my PC to force shut down the PC manually because i can't see anything on the monitor or TV screens (i don't want to do this often as it'll cause issues from being forced to shut down).

Have tried removing all monitor cables and pressing power button for 8 secs and plugging cables back in as i've read elsewhere on the internet but still having issues.

I had thought about changing the monitor display to pc screen only when switching off my PC but i forget to do so as this is a possible fix but i'm sure that the issue happens because of the display being set to duplicate. Thanks and sorry for the essay! :)

PC is a Dell XPS 8900 and TV is a 4K HDR Toshiba 43VL3A63DB.
