More or less the performance of Gtx 1060 (possibly lower than that).

And no xbox wont ever surpass pc in performance, maybe value for money however.

With those specs in that small box with less air flow, I'm not surprised that thing will have heating problems.

Sorry but new Xbox will have RTX 2080 level graphics performance, not sure where you pulled the GTX 1060 equivalent.

New xbox is reportedly aimed at 60fps 4k gaming, thats a pretty powerful console if thats what it delivers, it does support ray tracing and may even surpass the 2080 in terms of performance because its hardware will be custom designed to work together out of the box so to speak.
