can someone help me solve stuttering issue? (madden 19)
i used to be able to run it perfectly until like late last year when I'm starting to get these stuttering in games from time to time at random, I even tried to use msi afterburner to monitor it but cpu usage hover around 60 - 70 percents when the sttutering happened while gpu 78-90 percents, which baffle me as to what could be the cause of stuttering my ssd health status is also listed as good too, any help would be much appreciated I have been stuck with this for months. (ps: I know it's not steam games but can't seems to find anyone to help me over at origin forums),

Limit FPS via RTSS. It will give you smooth frametimes. Reducing / removing stutter.
would that still help if i'm already at 60 fps? i already tried capping with both in game fps cap and nvidia fps limit too, thing is it not just like a drop of frames it look more like it just stop for a few miliseconds (as in the sound is also stutter right along with gameplay) MSI afterburner still actually show it was 60 fps when stutter happened and then everything resumes as normal, anyway thanks so much for ur help. I donno how to poast video here but i think it might help if you see it in action.

Do you have the game installed on a hard drive?

And yes, it would help, since it paces frames better.
Though Nvidias FPS limiter works the same as RTSS.
if that the case then capping the fps doesn't help with the symptoms at all... and no my game is installed on ssd (corsair mp510 to be exact). the sole reason i get this ssd is because i thought it was my hdd acting up too, but then it still doesn't help.

Are you running any programs in the back ground? Anything have intermittent performance demands?
What are thermals of the CPU and GPU like?
And, are you using all your RAM?

Also, what are your PC specs? It would help.
ummm i tried with clean boot before and no other tasks running except my antivirus and just system background stuff (also i should noted i tried reinstall entire windows 10 before too) and umm max temp cpu and gpu get while gaming with this game is 65 and 76 respectively, as for ram it went up to about 10 gb usage at max, my specs is :i7 6700(non k) , galax 1070 , ram 16 gb ddr4, psu seasonic 1000w mb: GIgabyte B150M-hd3-CF
also umm if temp is a little high it cause in my country with out ac on room temp is about 30-31 C

Disable both forms of that cap method you tried. Those actually cause lagg.
I have, i have tried both with and without cap and even play at 1080p still stutter anyway eventhough it's 60fps locked at 1080p...
Use MSI Afterburner + RTSS to enforce an fps limit. This method won't cause any added lagg issues.

If you play with a controller, this is probably where the lagg delays are from.

Yes, they do, but technically not.
Limiting FPS causes lower GPU usage, which infact reduces input lag, by several frames.
Which out weights the sub-1 frame latency caused by Nvidias/AMDs FPS limiter / RTSS.
Then, when it comes to the FPS limiter of the game, it depends on the game, but some of them are told to wait until the last moment to render a frame, which reduces latency, and gives your GPU usage headroom, reducing latency too.
Some games framelimiters, however, tell the GPU to render a frame, which is then stored for a while, and then sent, causing extra latency.
So it does take some experimenting to find what's best.

Do you have performance issues like this in ANY other game?
Have you tried changing graphics settings of the game in question?

Edit ;

His issue isn't LAG, it's STUTTERING.

no not in any other games, for other games the only sttutter i ever get was when loading a new area of the map (like in witcher or gta but otherwise never), and yes once set it to medium at 1080p still stutter, and i think my spec should be more than enough to run it at medium 1080p too... and yes you got it right on it's the sttutter that's killing me..
Is the OS and apps installed to an ssd?
yes both OS and App, that's one of the first thing i tried to fix reinstalling windows on ssd to see if that help
post everything on your startup list/services/running programs. Might possibly be some kind of junk software causing it that you need to disable.
