Ya but what cpu / ram have you got?
i got a i7 and 8gb ram upgrading to 16gb soon tho
So, how much do you want to spend? Some current good deals (still unsure of your locale):

XFX RX 580 GTS XXX Edition[www.bhphotovideo.com] $190

XFX RX 590 Fatboy[www.newegg.com] $220

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6G Gv-N166TOC-6GD[www.amazon.com] $275

ZOTAC RTX 2060 AMP 6GB[www.superbiiz.com] $368

yes just missed that as I was posting the links lol... So is it a tower like this[www.amazon.com]? If so you can also replace the power supply, do you know if it's the stock PSU or was it upgraded already? (and if it was upgrade what model is it?)

Also if that is the same tower as yours, the HDD placement would limit your GPU upgrade a bit due to the length restrictions (check out the last pic)

HD 7770 you currently have is able to stream/record 1080p@60fps effortless, imagine what modern graphics cards can do. Editing tho is a bit more complex as it heavily relies on CPU performance, tho having a software that can use GPU to speed up particular calculations definitely helps.

Ok so that is a bit bigger, and it should have a 460W PSU (similar to this[www.amazon.com]), so that's going to be a bit of a limiting factor, the 580 is a bit over at 518w[outervision.com] so if you are keeping the PSU go for the RX 570 / @450w[outervision.com] or the 1660 Ti @449w[outervision.com].

Well let's say you wanted to get a top end card like a 2080ti - that's 590W[outervision.com] so let's say a 650w is your target. Searching the best deals - and without knowing budget the Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro Series EA750G Pro 750W[www.newegg.com] is a steal at $60 ($85 w/ $25 MIR), that should last you a very long time and handle a high majority of top high end cards.

Then you can get whatever card you like, I still stand by my previous price / performance points:

Also check the dell support site for any firmware updates for your board - may be needed to support your new GPU.
