3 120mm fans or 2 140mm

idk which choice will be better for noise and airflow. the ones that come with the case are 2 120mm 1 in back and 1 in front

the case is the Fractal Design Meshify C

the 2 pre installed fans are Dynamic X2 GP-12

Usually larger fans will produce less noise for more airflow as they need to run at lower speeds to push more air.

Also I would recommend if you do get the one with 3 fans to have two in the front as intakes and 1 exhaust as this will usually result in better cooling then more exhaust vs intake.

Otherwise you can always order more fans that will fit if you wish to get more or better ones as usually the fans that come preinstalled are low to mid quality in most cases.

i was thinking about getting 2 120's as i could put 2 at the top as exhaust and front 2 as intake, i would move the one at the back to the top for my cpu fan to take in cool air from the back filter, i have that now and it seems to work really well
