Where is chipset driver 18.5016
I went to ASUS PRIME X370 bios site to download the latest bios that got released that will support for upcoming cpus and improve some things but it says that we strognly recoomend chipset driver 18.50.16. I went to amd chipset driver site but latest driver they have is 18.10.1810
Where to find latest chipset driver that is required for bios 4406?

Pc specs
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X370 PRO
CPU: RYZEN 7 1700
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 3200MHZCL15 GS KILL RIP JAWS
GPU:GTX 970 G1 GAMING 4GB
MONITOR: DELLP2416D 24'' 2560X1440 60 HZ IPS
PSU: CORSAIR 750 WATT
HDD1: WD BLACK 4 TB
HDD2: 1 TB
Also there be any perfomance improvements after the update or will it run the same as now?

It will run the same, it's just support for Zen 2 architecture.

18.5016 is the version ASUS host on their site (same page you got your BIOS from) scroll down to Chipset section.
