I have a i7 2600k and a Asus P8P67 PRO. Im looking to upgrade my current GTX 1050 to something that can run todays AAAs at 60fps high/medium settings. Somewhere around or below £200 would be nice. I also have a 675w PSU. Thanks

Just looked around and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ , the hardware prices in the UK are atrocious.
You pay like 20% more for everything then here in Germany and its already not very cheap over here.
750 pound for a RTX 2080? I payed 640 Euro here.

Yeah, the RX 590 is your best bet at that budget, will be around 215 if you shop around.

That all depends on the resolution and refresh rate of your display. If you're only playing at 1920x1080 @ 60hz, then the 1050 should be good enough but maybe medium settings not high.

It wouldn't be worth it just turn up settings slightly. If I were you, I would rock the 1050 for as long as I can and save for a complete system rebuild. You would see better results.

But if you absolutely must upgrade you could take a peak at the 1660ti.

rx 580 8gb and gtx 1060 6gb are around 200 pound... both able to hit 60 fps on 1080p high settings...

Your gtx1050 is still entry-level and if you want to top out 1080p bump it up to gtx1070/70ti/1660ti, if pennies are tight rtx166ti was actually cheaper than the gtx1060 a few days ago.

Rx580 is also ok.

Ps, I checked prices today ya the 1660ti is up to 260GBP and Rx 580 holding at 190ish GBP.
