MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING vs MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X?

Im having trouble of which one I'd want to get, they are both relatively similar in specs but i need your guys help to pick the best one out of these two so i dont regret not getting the other one instead lol.

You need to look at upgrading the 2200g as well, I have a 1200@3.9 in my daughters rig and a 290x was pushing it hard. A 2060/2070 would be wasted at 1080p with your current CPU.

If your going to upgrade when zen 2 launches and you're set on a new GPU now I'd use DSR to up the rendering res to take pressure off the CPU.

oh okay, if you're going to upgrade cpu, go with the 2060. wait till ryzen 3000 series cpus come out like suggested above.
