How to update AMD AM4 x470 MB Chipset drivers?

Hello im trying to update my Chipset drivers. There is a message that says "Due to the different structure for drivers, suggest you remove the old driver first before install this version driver." , How can i remove the old chipset driver and install the new one?

Just uninstall them from control panel, programs and feature. Reboot when done and then install the latest version available at amd.com
