Gaming PC Info
I'm looking to buy a gaming PC. I've thought about building one but it seems a bit much for me. Anyway I don't want to shell out a crazy amount of money, but I want a system that can at least run most new games at a playable frame-rate. Graphics cards confuse the hell out of me. Any suggestions?

Forgot to even say congrats on your first build, there is no going back to prebuilts now. :steamhappy:
Bad thing is now you'll want to upgrade every year or two. LOL

Ok well these are all the drivers you should need for that specific board. Just download into say a driver folder in your downloads or someplace else convienient then right click and unzip then run the .exe's or setups.

1) http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_chipse_9_w10.zip

2) http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_me_skl.zip
Try and install the KB ones in there first those are microsoft hotfixes it says are needed to install the other Intel management driver (setup ME) that is also in there. You may or may not have those hot fixes already if you do it will say does not appply when trying to install. Then just install the setupME.

3) http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/asmedia_usb31_w10.zip

4) http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/Intel_Network_skl.zip

5) http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/realtek_hd_audio.zip

For the graphics driver I believe I already said this before but go to geforce.com and either manually search for the driver you need or allow it to use the auto detect thing.

Also I see that board has some promotion for something called WTFast, you did not put in for and get that did you? No clue exactly what it is but it is something that says it will optimize your network connection for MMO's and frankly sounds like it may cause more trouble then it is worth.
Hey man just thought i'd give you an update. I've been solving the issues one by one. Managed to fix my internet, turned out ethernet system in my house, which is a series of cables that goes directly from the router throughout the house and out of ports in power supplies in our rooms, was just bad, and not working properly. I bought a wireless adapter and the download speed shot up from 1.9Mbps to up to 50Mbps! So that's that problem solved! The only other problem is that my front headphone and microphone jack aren't working, which is a little more worrying, because that might mean opening her up and looking at the motherboard, but it's not a massive issue, I've just been using the ports on the back

Yea for the front panel jacks was the plug one whole plug or all separate wires you had to plug in one by one on the motherboard for the front panel audio. The one by one are a real B to sort out.

One other thing it could be if they were all separate wires and you were using the printed manual is the manual could have listed what wire goes where wrong. Not the first time I'd see that happen or the second LOL. Go online to the case manufacturers site and see if there is a online manual to look at and see if that matches up with the printed manual you have.

Other then that shut her down, unplug the power supply and then open the side panel on the case and double check your front panel audio wiring and make sure everything is plugged in where it needs to be. That is if the wires are all separate, if it is a plug pretty much impossible to plug that in wrong.
In that case it may well be that a setting in the realtek audio manager may be wrong for front panel detection. I remember something years ago where there was a setting in there that caused the front panel to not work. Ok did some searching and this may be it http://en.community.dell.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/3517/REaltek_5F00_HD_5F00_Audio_5F00_Manager.jpg
I can't remember if that needs to be checked or unchecked though, if your wiring is correct then try both ways. I do remember years ago when I had realtek audio that I had to do something with that to get my front panel audio to work.
