If you intend to play more graphic heavy games, look out for some AMD RX 470,
starting at ~220 AUD, more decent dual fan versions cost ~250 AUD.

Alternative: check out used cards, like GTX 960 (preferably 4GB version), or AMD R9 390.
For fancy graphics a 970.

You've got the GTX 1050ti or the RX 470 in that price range. The RX 470 is the faster of the two in pretty much every game but it does need more power than the GTX 1050ti so take that into account.

GTX 1050ti is a 75w card
RX 470 is a 120w card

What are your other specs though? Such as CPU and power supply especially.


EDIT: Right at the very top of your budget is the GTX 1060 3GB.

This one is faster than both the 1050ti and the 470. As with the RX, it is also a 120w card so whether you can run it or not depends on your power supply.
