Crashing as in what exacting?
Your game, the driver, the OS... explain more.
Review your OS error logs too. Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications
Do other tests; such as:
- 3DMark (not through Steam Client; use the free standalone version)
- AIDA64
- Unigine Heaven / Valley
For one thing you don't have enough RAM.
What PSU is it? 800W means nothing, look at the brand + model.
If the system is rebooting or shutting down; then it could be a power supply issue.
That's why I said to check the error logs. It could be a software issue triggering a Windows Blue Screen; which in turn is restarting the system. The logs are all there, trust me.

Anything NVIDIA is GPU Driver related; so I'd start with running DDU and entering safe mode; then clean out the drivers via the brand + clean option. Then go grab the latest driver from Geforce.com/Drivers > Manual Search > GPU series & OS
When you install them, pick Custom and de-select 3D-Vision and Geforce Experience.
Do other tests; such as:
- 3DMark (not through Steam Client; use the free standalone version)
- AIDA64
- Unigine Heaven / Valley
If still issues, try a different Power Supply.
Don't have one, get help from a friend, or take the PC to a shop and have them test a different power supply; then run stress tests to push a full load on CPU & GPU for about 30-60 mins, to help ensure a different power supply is actually doing the job.
I would delete all the drivers first using DDU and install them fresh just to be sure before going and buying a new PSU.
