If you have a valid key it should be possible to keep the current installation without the need to re-install.
Okay, so I used troubleshooter and it told me that I can't activate Windows on this machine, so I guess I'll have to use USB and Media Creation Tool and do a clean install thru that. I'll hope that will do the trick.

Beware the playasia keys can be useless as in totally wrong regions I was burnt twice but got my $$ back and gave up on them.
I keep trying to tell Rove that, but he keeping tossing that site out there with every build recommendation.
Quite frankly, Steam likes to block all sorts of web-links, even good ones. Well this play-asia crap needs to go on that list, since it's actually total BS. Just the name is a turn-off, and they are scammers. It's one thing if they say something is region specific; I mean many game key sites are good about such things. But to just be like "Oh sure, it's region free, blah blah" Yea ok, so you get some key for Russia or China; guess what, won't work outside there.
