no but i strongly advise you get the 6gb model if that's the gpu you want.. i would shoot for something a little stronger than a 1060 tho.. it has nearly reached the end of it's useful life. graphics are getting better and better in games and i would hate to see you have to lower graphics on a new system just to play the latest games at 1080p..

The 8600k is a decent cpu. The gtx 1660 ti would go well with it. If you want cheaper, the rx 590.

What about the Ryzen 5 2600X?

i would suggest the 1660ti and the 2600x. if you want to stretch the budget to $800 then go for the rtx 2060 or 2070
