Rx 570 low fps on gta v
i recently bought an rx570, gta v on high settings only runs at 20-30 fps while witcher 3 and other games run at 60+, there are videos on youtube with this card where gta v runs at 80+ fps, any ideas why?
pc specs:
i5 7600k (at 4.8ghz)
rx570
16gb ram corsair lpx @3200mhz
gpu & cpu temps never go higher than 70C

Cpu usage never goes above ~50%

3MB/s download speed will only take 5 hours. Not 2 days, but ok.
21gb downloaded, 5 hours 18m remaining...
Then your download speed is not 3mb per second. More like in the kilobytes...
At 3MB/s it should take approx. 2hrs for 21GB if you use basic math.

IIRC 1GB should be 1024MB but who knows I could be wrong that's why I say Approx.

have you tried reinstalling the game, and maybe your graphics drivers?
i finished reinstalling, still running at 20-30 my mouse pointer is algo jumping on the screen (this was happening before reinstalling) and key presses are double registering (this only happens on menus)

are you using a gamepad? if you are trying disconnecting it and run the game see if steam controls are interfering with external gamepad controls. im on ds4 ps4 controller which doesnt take alot of cpu usage, but on certain games mouse and keyboard give me full performance as plugging my ds4 uses a tad usage on cpu not sure if this will help good luck man i would put my cash on your anti maleware doing this
Didnt you try verifying the game files sounds like some of them didnt get downloaded

He recommends that because he has to. He has weak quad-core CPUs that can't even handle games like GTAV above 30 FPS, and brags that he can get a 1030 to run RE2 at 33 FPS even though the requirements aren't high.
Well, I've an old quad core as well, and GTAV runs around 60 FPS. It's X360 era game after all. Most likely he recommended that because he's very little idea how GTAV works.

fixed my bros pc here
https://youtu.be/foQodWxrVn0
Laughed my ass out seeing you fast formatting the partition and then deleting it instead of just deleting. But seriously, I watched the most part of the video and didn't get it - what was the fixing? Because I install OSes since I was like 8yo and never made a single video about it. Sure not everyone can do that, but you didn't mention even the basics like making sure to run SATA in AHCI mode or switching MBR to GPT going from Win7 to Win10. What is the point of the video?

Update: seems someone didn't like your "can't get me banned" attitude, feel free to message me if you want to explain the video.
Na i actually only reported escorve guess mods just got sick of them both and banned them they both bounce from thread to thread completely derailing the topics op asked them to stop and they didnt ♥♥♥♥ was getting old

you found the solution ?
I had the same problem. My pcs features are: ryzen 5 2600, msi b450I, asus rog strix oc 4 gb, 4x2 2400 mhz RAM. 450 80+ psu. Not having changed the in-game graphic settings, first I choose the balanced scenario in dragon center and used its free up memory feature. Xmp profile was not enable but strangely the rams are looking as working its maximum speed which is 2400mhz. However ı turned on the xmp profile on bios. I was monitoring the values with asus gtweak ıı, closed that software and tried msi afterburner. One of the all steps above may fix the problem but ı do not know which. Graphic settings are mostly very high but water detail is only high, grass quality is normal, msaa is off at 1080p.
