it is not like windows OS will give the whole 32GB of ram to your google chrome...
...just a process of memory allocation to all of your running programs
"Why does it allow Chrome to use all of my 32gb??"
Yeah, this was supposed to be one of the big features of dx12, and one that the 900 series were advertised to be able to take advantage of, shame its never been utilised :(
To be fair I've had wayyy more stuff open in the past and not experienced this, it would be interesting if others could see if they can replicate it.
same thing popped up for me, after about maybe 150 clicks of opening new tabs in chrome, then the same thing in incognito mode it said i didnt have enough memory. don't really know why but ok lol.

This was build in on purpose.
You will not get paid for bug reports. Even if you fix a bug in the code (which this is not), you will not be paid.
The thing is, this is a new issue, when reading up on a subject or planning, buying something etc I'll often have masses of tabs open as I work my way through options and info, I've never had this before, it seems far more like a bug in a re ent update than anything put in place deliberately.

The latest version should fix your issue along with a nasty zero day vulnerability found on older versions.

You can always bookmark them. The problem with what you are doing there is keeping your setup vulnerable to malvertising and other driveby download malware that can occur. My dad used to do the same thing (in spite of what everyone kept telling him) and it nearly killed his desktop. He even had the same reason behind it that you mentioned, that you didn’t want to lose anything.
