Without the drive cages, the pump can probably go out back. I may just have to wait to measure in person.
Just wondering if anyone here had stuffed one full yet.
Thanks man
The thickness however is more important as the bottom RAD space will interfere with the bottom pci slots. The side radiator has limited thickness in the side chamber whivh can be up to a maximum of 50mm if I remember correctly.
The top does have holes for 140mm fans. The side and bottom do not. I have a 280 rad on the top of my PC-011DX, and there are people who have put 140 fans on top and/or have done push-pull with 4 140s on AIOs before with that case.
Example: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/b/ygHhP6
An option I've seen and may use is to vertical mount my gpu 2 slots higher using the lian li adapter, then mount a 25mm in bottom with 3 noctua thin fans on the outside bottom of the case with separate dust filters as it sits 28mm off the ground.
With a 45 or 60 in the back and a 45mm up top with another primo chill rx pump / res custom combo mounted over the rear fans or potentially hanging from the top.
Looks like the plan will work with some flexability. I was thinking a 60, a 45 & a 25 all in 360; but I will hold off a minute as it sounds like I might squeak another 60 in there.
I was going to try a single loop on this one, do you think I'm 'm being to greedy trying to push 3 rads, Ram, GPU & CPU blocks off a single EK D5?
Typically I go for pump overkill, but this is a "travel" rig, for what it's worth, and I'm shooting for simplicity/elegance this time.
You just block them the entire cable lead holes on the top and have to lead then all cables entirely through the main chamber. That's why I sold my 280 radiator. Even the fan cables had to be lead through the main chamber to reach the cut through on the side as they barely fit with the 3rd screw line.
