Any micro USB cable will do.
I personally find bulkier connectors working a bit better, but I've also noticed DS4 charging port becoming a bit loose over time, so it might be better to only use cable for charging, and play using bluetooth. You can disable rumble and/or reduce the LED brightness so you won't have to charge it that often. Honestly - DS4 got so many flaws I stick to DS3 mostly these days.

Just be sure it's for data and power and not just power.
now.. this may sound strange AF, but i couldnt get this cable to charge without holding it in specifically the right spot.. so i tried using my pocket knife to raise the little clips a bit for more retention, but couldnt get anything to grab them with, too small, so i tried sawing into the front of the clips with my pocket knife to get something to bite into to pry them out.. couldnt, but after sawing into the back of the clip just a tad, the cable is still loose AF, but no matter which position it wiggles to, things still charging
