Changing CPU cooler

Can someone guide me how to remove wraith stealth cooler since I'm replacing it with Deepcool gammaxx GTE

do I need to remove my motherboard from case to install the cooler?
My case is Huntley Gx600H

Most likely not.
To remove the wraith stealth cooler, you just have to unscrew the four screws. Nothing much can get into the way. There are plenty of Youtube videos about installing and removing that cooler.
To install the new cool, just look up the user guide.

The Ryzen Wraith Stealth cooler has 4 screws which you have to unscrew, that is all. Don't pull the cooler off, slide it off, this is to prevent you from pulling the CPU out with it which can damage the CPU and motherboard.

The Gammaxx GTE requires a backplate, so it would be easiest to remove the motherboard. You can attempt to install the backplate without removing the motherboard, the Huntkey GX600H appears to have a opening in the back which gives access to the backplate. It will probably require an extra pair of hands to help your install the backplate while the motherboard is still in the case.
