VulkanRT folder confusion
so, I was going around the disk and found a VulkanRT folder on my disk. I never installed it(I was concidering to but never actualy decided). After googling it, I found out it does get installed by gpu manufacturers(not sure if they reffer to nvidia and amd or 2nd hand ones like gigabyte, msi etc). reason I'm suspicious is it only has install.log, license.txt and Vulkanrt_license.rtf. By screenshots on the internet it seems it should have more files

The Vulkan runtime (what VulkanRT stands for) is distributed with your GPU driver from AMD or Nvidia.

and about the content of the folder? is it supposed to have only install, license and VULKANRT_LICENSE files? it's not like other files are hidden since I have show hidden files on

https://www.tech21century.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/whatis-vulkanrt.png shows it should have more things in it
and it doesn't show up in the search in apps and features
