I advise building your own, however this is an exception to the rule. When I added it all up on pcpartpicker it was actually more expensive if I were to buy the EXACT SAME PARTS and build it myself. No joke, try it yourself!
DigitalStorm is a reputable PC building company and I know that many people love it. I have no need to buy it since I built mine but if I ever buy a PC its probably going to be from them.

Looked at the "Best" which is like the third-tier out of four at $1,640. Most expensive one is "Ultimate" starting at $1,861.
So for that $1,640 looked like you're getting ripped off big time.
Motherboard is a Microatx. Unacceptable for a build that expensive. and a 1050 Ti. Not even liquid cooling. That's crazy for that much money.
It's worth it to build it yourself even with the headaches you may encounter that could run it into a couple day project. I'm about to upgrade from my 1050 Ti.
I did a pcpartpicker to see what you could get with that same budget. Looks A FRIGGIN LOT BETTER. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QPPJ9J. Even if you didn't get the mail in rebates it would be approximately the same. If you do get the rebates you'll get $75 back so all that will be cheaper.
I did forget the case for that build lol. If you trust rebates you can simply take it as get a $75 case and it will still be equal. Or take away the bluray drive and adjust a bit to put a case in that budget. Still much better.

I went through more headaches building myself. I dont mind paying few hundreds if everything is ready to go out of the box.

Its not too far off dude. Yes you are paying for a little more, but you don't have to deal with the BS of building a computer. BIOS Updates, Stability checks.
Also dead hardware or defective hardware and stupid long RMAs depending where you live.
I had a defective motherboard and a defective CPU fan. I replaced the motherboard which took me a 2 weeks to get a new one. Then I soon have to replace a CPU fan because it makes annoying sounds which will take another 2 weeks of MY TIME to send and come back to my doorstep.
Also most casual people would go to Microcentre or a similar hardware shop. Not buy from diffrent parts on different websites to get the best possible deal.
I personally hate waiting for things myself and I bought all my parts at MemoryExpress and paid about $100 more if I were to order parts from random websites and sit and wait.
Also did you take into consideration that the parts could come broken because some workers at the factory dropped it and still shipped it anyways to your house? You wouldn't know after a few months later it stops working properly. This applies to GPUs, Motherboards and PSUs. These min wage workers don't care if they dropped it.
Digital Storm is a fair company, even from a consumer point of view form a slight PC enthusiast.
Not everyone is lucky when they build a PC. I know i'm not and this is supposed to be a rare occurence. Thats why buying a prebuilt from reputable companies isn't such a bad thing. People make it seem like they just witnessed ISIS behead someone.
Ofcourse you have to be smart when buying anything in life.
Just like buying a used car. It make look amazing on the outside and inside but is it really that good?
Would you buy a Lamborghini that has 1million miles on the odometer but looks good on the outside and inside even if it may break down in a couple of months?

Thats why you have to be smart when buying things. Just like buying a house for example. Will you believe everything on the pictures? Or will you investigate furthur before making a decision.

Examples like FexEx, UPS and other shipping methods, this is why I don't buy online for some parts.
I literally have to wait 2weeks to get a new cooler for my CPU because it was defective. Yeah, 2weeks I could have spent gaming or paperwork.
This is the pain of DIY, not everyone is lucky on parts because there are always idiots who will sell you abused hardware without you knowing until its too late.
