Well I'm not a competitive FPS gamer, I favor Fighting and RTS games so take my opinion with a grain of salt...
IMO, overall I lean toward the HyperX due to portability, lighting effects and is cheaper. However the Cool Master seems nice since you can change settings without needing to use software.(why I really loved my G110 logitech board lol) If money or portability isn't a factor then I would get the Cooler Master simply for the utility of on the fly setting changes, otherwise the HyperX seems the better option; if only for saving some CAD.
But at the same time, that one is not backlit which would be a pain for playing in the dark. I have no experience with that HyperX keyboard but it seems to have good reviews, has red LEDs, and is cheaper. I'm sure you'll be happy with either choice if you end up getting one of them.
The build quality is shockingly high for it's price, comparable to keyboards that cost twice as much. The red backlighting at it's highest setting is very bright and fluid throughout each key (no noticeable fading from poor lighting), and you can control the lighting with the function keys as instructed in the manual.
The cable is completely detachable as well, so if it breaks, but the keyboard itself works fine, you can just buy a new cable from anywhere.
