Why not an rx 580?
Its cheap and has more power
Edit: need more opinions
Always go for the best GPU your money can buy, that's for sure. About the rest - well, 2400G is definitely a nice upgrade from 6300. But if u want the GPU first - for now u can switch 6300 with 83XX. FX CPUs can get a lot of performance via overclocking, just make sure to watch some FX OC guides first as it's not as simple as some Intel CPU OC.

PowerColor RED DRAGON Radeon RX 580[www.newegg.com] which is $160 ($180 w/ $20 MIR) plus a "pick 2" gaming bundle between Division 2 / Resident Evil 2 / DMC 5
it's slightly better than my old r9 390 which lasted quite a good stretch (from early 2016 ~ to late 2018) more than enough for the older titles @ 1080
if the leaks about nvidia gtx 1160 ti are true its a nice step up over 1060 same thing for amd navi gpus leaks and they sould be end of q1 or early q2 spending the cash on a rx580 or 1060 will be a waste in a couple of months
i would say get a cheap 1050ti or somthing on ebay and then save for a ryzen 5 cpu and motherboard myself rx580 and 1060 are to close to being replaced by better models even if u dont want the newer ones 1060 and 580 will be cheaper second hand the time due to owners upgradeing
Does any sites that sell used parts do home delivery? Never bought anything used and anything isnt available here locally except of online shopping [ India]
Anything below RX 580 8GB and 1060 6GB basically aren't going to be worth it next year, so a 1050 Ti would be a waste because the performance is crap for the buffer it has.
i still feel though come christmas you will say the same about the 1060 6gb and rx 580 when the new stuff comes out buying a used 1050ti he sint going to anyworse off in the eports games though and with nvidia and amd both bringing out new cards in next couple of months and if the amd navi leaks are true ( not saying they are ) but the prices and the potention of being better for simlar price Doing a 1050 ti and cpu is what i feel would be betetr now .
Also im not disagreeing with the 1050 not having the power to last all that long more your right about the buffer :)
im quite lucky i live in the uk myself and ebay or even amazon have good used deals for me But used stuff i normally do buy online
The RX 580 and 1060 will be the entry-level when it comes to the latest games, but everything up until now they basically run perfectly at 1080p, so when they are cheaper, it'll be christmas for budget users, and 1050 Ti will basically be an ultra-budget option for those that can't afford more than a potato right now.
nvidia can use freesync to and mine works pritty well:) i have a ryzen 2700x myself and i love the little work horse:)
