Got to ask why you need so much and so fast that is going to be extremely expensive, also, is that a 4 or 8 stick setup, and you know, you won't gain much over slower ram with much better timings.

Either way, scan seem to carry 4000 and 4600 in vengeance and dominator platinum flavours, took about 20 seconds on Google to find it :)
...What purpose would you need 64GB for? Even 32GB is complete overkill if you're not doing anything more than gaming. Unless you desperately need to run 100,000 processes of minesweeper.

You can find it on amazon.

OP asked for Pro or RGB and you linked LPX.
Every website expect for Amazon? Which sells it?
RGB is objectively better on the Corsair over the GSKILL IMO (I have the Corsair myself for that reason) and I also got 32gigs because I wanted all the slots filled in. I get it. Try Microcenter's website.

Just raise a PO direct with their outreach. You can order a few boxes worth for a hefty discount and skip the middle man too. Also, best if you create a trade account.

Given an approximate 2 Gb for Windows standard processes, the 100 000 Miesweeper processes would only use around 3.2Megabytes of RAM, so you probably meant to suggest some 1 000 000 000 Instances of Minesweeper concurently - in which case, even so, a significant load could easily be swapped into CPU buffer.

Whilst it sounds odd it's not unreasonable to expedite categorisation and train deep learning through horizontal multipliers in this way to save the time on vertical iterations. However the limiting number of threads handled by CPU's can be a significant bottleneck.
