Would a vanilla 1050 low profile paired with a Ryzen 7 1700 and 16 GB RAM be able to run, say, Battlefield V on medium settings?

That's a very unbalanced setup. Why such a weak videocard compared with such a strong CPU?

I picked up this PC for 200$ brand new, it was too good a deal to pass up. My budget is small, so a GPU within the 150$ price range is all I can afford

It came with a GT 1030 so I'm looking to upgrade the GPU to something bearable.

1050ti is good for 1080p at mid+ settings
1060 6g or rx 580 would be ideal

RX 580 8GB would be very good bang for buck at under 200$ range

Rx 570 is also a great option. Its much better tha n a gtx 1050 ti and it goes for cheaper. Its close to a gtx 1060 3gb in performance.
