You can look at replacing the CPU later once you have a decent GPU.
2nd get a gtx 1080 , or at lest a 1070ti, also what size is your case?, because they won't fit if your case isn't mid range size..
how big is ya power supply?
2. Got only 130$ (So I’m buying 2nd hand components)
3. ATX, I remember it’s one of the ASUS stuff.
4. 14.5X15X8.6 CM
It's like 20 % better than GTX 1060 and almost the same price.
If you only got 130 bucks, so save them or buy a used one.
You should have power supply over 500 W for these cards and future uppgrading.
So some cases you will fit a 1080 ti like fractal core design 500 that is a mini ITX.
So this is the sizes of the motherboard from small to big: Mini ITX, ITX, ATX and mATX.

Guess I’ll just stick with the 1060 (or the RX 580).
Trade in a weaker CPU, for a slightly better CPU.....
It would be better to save up for entirely new hardware. (Ryzen 2600 build.)
Quadcores (4c4t) are trash today, and are running the limits of what you can do.
A 1080 or 1070ti will be bottlenecked by the i5 in any modern game.
(He will have the benefit of not having to upgrade it later, but it's still a wasted upgrade, because he's not going to use all of it.)
could even go for a i5 7600, that is if you have a h170 or h270 MB.
plus i use a i5 6600 TB to 3.9ghz with a gtx 1080 and there is no game i cannot run well
I did spot a Sapphire RX 570 4GB[www.amazon.com] for $99, killer deal and nearly double the performance of the 750 ti...
Wait, do they make a lot of differences between the performance?
For 130, that should get you a rx570, I've seen them on some crazy discounts or a second hand 970 / 980.
Go grab it, no kidding, That's just plain awesome. Tho don't forget to stress-test the thing to be sure it works as intended.
