Hey guys i am streaming in YouTube. I am streaming
Here are my OBS setting (I am using Streamlabs OBS)

Here are my specs -
GPU - Zotac Amp Extreme 1080 ti 11Gb
CPU - Ryzen 7 2700x
RAM - 16Gb
Motherboard Rog Strix B450-F Gaming

But my stream isnt't CLEAR.
Do i need Elgato Capture Card HD60 to improve my stream?

You probably are encountering an internet speed issue. Try lowering bit rate and see if that helps. What kind of internet speeds do you have?

It will go faster in HD, but you actual don't need it.
Best streaming for that card without HD60 is 6 - 7 MB(6000 video bitrate), use software(x264) for CPU instead of GPU(this will help if the video glithcing.), 160 in audio bitrate and High Quality medium file size.
