Creative Sound Blaster X H7: Microphone not working (solved)

Headphone was working good, but microphone was most of the time not working (recognized, but no input signal). I tried a lot of hints, but finally changing from display USB to mainboard USB solved this issue.

hi, i have Sound BlasterX H7 TE, but the software latest version does not alow me setup a 7.1 sound, i can doo nothing, the main program its empty only demo button

do not know what a wron ?

have any problem ?

Sounds like a software problem (the mic prob was hardware -> brown out or hub problem)...
Works fine with version 1.1.12.0 here.
Have you installed the pro or lite version?
Older version works?

i have downloaded from creative site: BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro 1.01.11 the latest from year 2018
can u send mi download link or upload soft what u have working ? thx

hm, i have an idea

what do you have a sound card ? on mainboard or normal soudn card ?
i have a Creative SB ZxR sound card,
maeby the drivers both have conflict

i have try this lite version

and now BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro cannot detect main headpones :(

I got a Creatice SB X-Fi.
I installed

yesterday and it works on my pc.

Tried on other pc?
Can you reinstall the older version, that worked?

i try next year :) second pc with onboard audio
