How do i download Razer Chroma profiles

I have a razer cynosa and im trying to get some profiles. But all the ones on the chroma studio have a different file format and wont show up when trying to select one to import after downloading

I know this is an old post buuuut so pretend this is back dated, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!! even back when this post was first made ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!

Cynosa IS SUPORTED, long as its chroma, and is running synapse version: = newest, it is supported.......... lighting profiles are NOT hardware or periphrial based, its software, as such YES THE CYNOSA IS SUPPORTED AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE CHROMA EDITION AND NOT THE GREEN KEY VERSION.........

anyways as i said I know this is an old post how ever, someone may end up stopping by who doesnt know, thus i hope they question is answered.

(sorry if I might be necro'ing this thread, but i've been meaning to figure this out for quite some time now..)

razer ornata chroma, for some reason it does not show up on razer's profile websites. that's my keyboard, the supposedly niche razer ornata chroma, because i can't see the profiles i download show up on the razer interface to import, so that's a R.I.P., i've found.
