The Rival 110 is a solid mouse, pretty well build, decent sensor, haven't actually used it extensively but it's fine imo.
Problems I did have with it, it was a little small so it's hard to grip (If you've got big hands.), and the shape isn't really comfortable for full palm grip.
G203 is a pretty solid mouse too, like most logitech mice, well built, comfortable, really good sensor too.
Can't really complain about it, just not something I'd use all the time.
Sidenote; I really love the feel of the scroll wheel, one of the highest quality I've seen on a mouse.
I haven't had any experience with the G402.
Can't say to build quality, or feel of it, but it's got an alright sensor (worse than the other 2 mice you asked about.)
Personally, I would go for the G203, it's cheapest*, has the best sensor, is alright for any grip style you could use, and it's got decent RGB if that's your thing.
Edit : * Currently on sale (in the UK) for cheaper than the Rival 110. So it's a better deal.
