vga to bluetooth?
So, my teacher in school has a problem where her laptop wouldn't work with our projector in class. later she found out it was unsoldered, but after soldering it they found out whole vga part is just messed up. She heard about some sort of vga- bluetooth adapter, that would connect to a laptop over bluetooth, and output a signal to the projector over wire, and tasked me with doing a research about it. I found various answers on the internet so I just want to settle it. I found this on aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/WiFi-Wireless-Screen-Dongles-VGA-HDMI-HD-Transmitter-Push-Treasure-Airplay-Projection-2-4G-5G-dual/32883655934.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.17.455c5189m2Pk0C&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_2_10065_10068_10890_319_10546_317_10548_10696_10084_453_454_10083_10618_10307_10820_10303_537_536_10902_10059_10884_10887_321_322_10103,searchweb201603_51,ppcSwitch_0&algo_expid=ddf928ac-2994-42f8-a5f4-f7015d4161a4-2&algo_pvid=ddf928ac-2994-42f8-a5f4-f7015d4161a4 , but it seems it only does the opposite according to the images presented. it takes a wire from laptop and wirelessly transmits it to a projector(with that feature) it also requires linux. I also found a statement that bluetooth doesn't offer enought bandwith for an image stream such as vga.

Just get a USB to VGA adapter. If the laptop belongs to school whoever does the IT for your school should repair it or provide her with a new laptop.

I am pretty sure that adapter you linked requires another adapter to be paired with it. Display over wireless is as horrible an idea as it sounds (cough) GTX 460 WHDI (cough).

I have to deal with a beamer that is connected to wirelessly on a weekly basis. I find this tech very unreliable and unpleasant to use.

Consider researching something called 'Airtame'.

It's wireless screen sharing and uses the HDMI port on a projector and Wifi or Ethernet connection on the laptop.

It would be a lot better than dealing with old tech VGA ports. It's also something designed for schools and business to do what I believe you are attempting to do.

ps: Not sure about the price tag however...
