B350 belongs to AMD.
For Intel 8th gen CPU's, such as the one OP listed intel i3 8100
B360, H310, H370, or Z370 <--- Please note that's a overclocking motherboard, and if you plan to overclock get a K series CPU, such as the i5 8600k, or 8700k, but wouldn't waste time with 8350k, just my two cents. If OP have any other questions, either I, or someone else will reply to answer your questions.

Not good enough, issue is that older boards will not support Coffee Lake out of the box, which you need flash custom BIOS for older board, which isn't recommeneded, and for this case it's far better just to get the boards that supports the 8th gen CPU out of the box. What I listed above is what OP wants if he wish to use intel 8th gen.
The 1151 socket are also apply to Skylake, Kabylake, and Coffeelake.
but the chipsets with a 1 should be avoided
ex. 81, 91, 110, 310 are limited to 2 dimms and 4 sata drives and fewer usb ports
many oems use them and are more difficult to upgrade with those limitations
