PC crash issue , heres whats up . UPDATE 6
I have a Gigabyte MOBo and tried to use the auto-tuning for overclocking my CPU . I know it can run at 4.3 , but the auto-tuning set it to 4.6 and totally crashed my PC to the BSOD .
It tried a recovery , and still is crashing .
I am trying to find the default settings in the BIOS , but not sure where to look .

Also , what is the way to boot it to safe mode ? ( if that helps at all .

The BIOS also says it is running at the default of 3.5 for the CPU .

Any help would be great .

I cant even get anywhere to reformat my pc . I can only access my BIOS.

Guess i'll buy a new HD and do a fresh install.

All of my games areon an external drive

You don't need to buy new hard drive just because of that.
You can do a simple system restore with installation media.

Get a USB stick with at least 8gb space on it and download MediaCreationTool from Microsoft.com.
Use that to make the USB into bootable media and boot the pc from it as if you would install Windows fresh. But instead of installing fresh, do a repair.

I have reset BIOS , 2 differant ways .
I have dual BIOS and it won't boot to either .

Tried to see if a stick of ram was bad .

NOW I CAN'T GET INTO SAFE MODE !!!!

Sorry for that .

It won't boot to my windows 10 disc either for the troubleshooting .

All because i decided to use " auto-tuning " via the Gigabyte app .

I even got a system32 error once and i know i didn't ♥♥♥♥ with that .

I am at a loss .

Sounds like the gigabyte app is set to autostart with your windows and everytime you try to load in it will try to set the overclocks causing the blue whea error before you get to desktop.
If you could get to safemode to disable it you should be able to get back to windows otherwise you might need to reinstall windows. Do what Sapph said above to reinstall.

Bad idea to have it autostart to avoid this situation or to use it all tbh autotune is a horrible feature that can really hurt your system by setting too much power to the cpu core.

check this link to try and reactivate pressing F8 at boot to enter safemode on windows 10 but you will still need a spare usb drive and to make the the recovery drive itself from another pc.

Here is my BSOD error :

Your PC device needs to be repaired .
A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed .
error code : 0xc000000f
You'll need to use recovery tools .

But , my PC will not boot to my Win 10 disc via the BIOS

Before i take my PC apart , could it be my internal HDD isn't being accessed ?

are you willing to do a new clean installation of windows OS?

1. from a working pc, re-create a bootable usb installer (windows 10, get from microsoft directly)
2. disconnect sata and power cables other than the system drive (your primary hdd aka boot drive)
3. disconnect other usb devices except keyboard and mouse.
4. with usb flash drive on a usb 2.0 port, turn on pc, and press key toselect boot option (or go to BIOS to select which drive to boot from)
5. when windows installer is loaded from the usb flash drive, you can choose to delete the hdd (you will lose all data not backed up) and install windows fresh or just do another windows installation (not upgrade; your old files and folders will be placed in a folder called 'windows.old')
6. upon successful windows installation, install latest motherboard chipset drivers and reboot everytime when prompted.
7. you can now install your antirivus, antimalware, and your favorite porgrams and games.

---

the gigabyte autotuning was on the boot drive, it will be loaded everytime unless you go into safe mode (which in your case did not happen)
you can use a new boot drive: buy new hdd provided you have access to a store or delivery.
or
reuse your old boot drive.

---

also,
PS : It won't boot off of my recovery media ( Win 10 disc )
how?
did you set in the BIOS to boot from dvd-drive?
did you press a key to manuallay select drive to boot from?

I went into the BIOS and clicked the dvd drive to boot from . Then it still goes to the BSOD error i have written above
BSOD recovery problems . I can't reset PC issues . ( self built PC )
I have finally entered into my win 10 disc to do my system repair and or reset .

Issue 1 : Reset PC .... " Unable to reset PC , A required drive partition is missing "

Issue 2 : Startup repair ... " Startup repair could not repair your PC "

What now , i know this is an extension of issues i had yeasterday .

I am at a loss on what to do now .

Forgive me, but would you mind starting a little further back, for my sake?

What caused you to need a system reset? What went wrong?

Does Windows still have System Restore? I thought that went away a couple of versions ago?

It does on mine last time i checked but idk ill look into he really doesn't have an option anymore hes burned the candle on both sides with that thing he tried using auto overclocking in his bios and it lead to the whole pc being a paperweight
I tried using auto-tuning to OC my CPU , issues ever since .
My BIOS says that i am running at my native 3.5 .
The voltage is set to auto also .
Then i got an error saying " WHEA Ucorrectable " something or another .
It will not boot into safe mode either .

Oy helvete. That's going to be a nightmare to fix.
Now i put my Win 10 disc in to try and recover it , and all this BS shows above
