gtx960m-grapich card performance(userbenchmark)

hi guys. my abra laptop is now 2.5 years old.

i have always low performance on games so i tried a benchmark test.

here are the results:

so i wonder why my gtx960m performs way below expactations which is 22% ?

i really have no knowledge in these things btw. so please help me with keeping in mind that i have just basic knowledge.

it could be comparing it to the desktop gtx 960 not the mobile card which is alot weaker

As stated above the mobile 960 is significant worse than the desktop version

no definitely not as you see gtx960m is 20.5% and 960 is 40%.
mine works 6.5%

check windows power settings
and make sure its fully charged and plugged in
also watch temps, the cpu and gpu will throttle when over 90c

probably a power saving setting or thermal throttle problem then. laptops generally have a low power feature when on battery which u can change. i have seen some that even have the low power option enabled when plugged in so i would change that too..

You should ask owner of this site. But it would be better to ignore it and try to find more reputable source.

well the problem is i have resetted my pc and uninstalled drivers then updated them.
before this i was playin witcher 3 1080-low graphics via 35-40fps.
now it is 15 fps at most. wtf has happened. there is no temp issue btw.

are you sure it is using the 960m for games and not the intel hd graphics?

according to task manager it uses nvidia. when i inspect values 3d is 100%used.
dedicated memory is 50% used. so the issue right now is about 3d i guess.
i dont know how it fell to 10-15 fps and i cant get even 30 fps right now.

everything is low. i didnot changed any setting. when i set res to 1366*768 it only rises to 20 fps that is impossible i am freaaking right now

use ddu, then reinstall the correct drivers for intel hd and nvidia

* turn off windows auto driver update first so windows does not grab drivers

my question is, is this normal or should fps be higher with my current equipments.
i also wonder why it is %6.

If you're getting 40fps on Witcher 3 at 1080p on any settings with a GT 960m you should be very happy.
