1180+ might be 1180 with Tensor Cores added for the AI calculations and such, which there is 64 of in the Titan V.
So the 1180+ might have something like 16-32 Tensor cores in it.
And later they will bring 1180Ti+ which will have 48-64 Tensor Cores in it. while normal 1180Ti will lack them.

nvidia doesnt want the free internet press to talk about future gfx boards before nvidia does. or did i get it wrong?

Even if an 1180+ will exist, it could be nothing but a marketing name for pre-binned cards that come with an overclock or means it has RGB lighting.
