It means that when you put the RAM in, it will run only 2400Mhz instead of 3000.

That one will run it at 3000Mhz as long as BIOS compatibility is good enough.
You may have to set it manually though. And you might be even able to overclock it to 3200Mhz.
Some RAM has a base clock of 2400MHz without an OC, this is the RAM that will run at 2400 with your h110 board.
H110M-A is the one I have now and it runs at 2133MHz
What do you mean set manuallty?
Just how it sounds like:
You go into BIOS and set the speed yourself instead of it being done automatically. Thus manually setting the speed.
