PC Slow after upgrade
Hello there. I have had some problems with my computer lately. I will cut straight to the chase:
I once tried to start my computer with a screwdriver because my power button was broken, my computer turned on, but afterwards and the next days it would just be in a boot loop in about 15 minutes before i could log in. The problem solved itself over time and i could play my games normally, but some time after that, my games would just drop to 5- 15 FPS (CSGO, Minecraft, TWW2)

I figured my motherboard was broken so i bought a new one along with a new GPU. But i still have low FPS while playing any game!

Specs:
Intel i9-9900K (New)
HyperX Fury RGB DDR4 16GB, (New)
Corsair Hydro Series H60 CPU Cooler (New)
ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F (New)
ASUS RX5700XT ROG STRIX OC 8G (New)
Corsair CX500, 500W PSU

The only thing that is outdated is my PSU and maybe cables (idk if the cables matter)
My PSU have worked fine until now is it damaged or can it damage other components? should i replace it?

EDIT: I tried to reset my SSD but it just says that a problem has occured during the reset!

It is possible that your psu is damaged too, can you try with other one? The older gpu was the same model? It can be a driver issue too.
Usually if a PSU can't power a system properly (like supply enough power to the GPU when it needs it for demanding tasks) the system will just shut off.

If you got new stuff, did you do a clean install of the OS?

Also, what driver are you using for the 5700XT? My brother had issues using the first 3 or 4 versions of 20.x.x. He ended up going to back to 19.12.3, if I remember correctly. He hasn't updated the driver and he hasn't had any issues in games.
PSU is too weak. Get a quality 650Watt PSU.
PSU wattage for the 5700XT is on the low side - especially if you're overclocking your 9900k (which, even with moderate watercooling, I assume you are): its 12V rail is only rated for 456W.

And the Asus Strix is a really messed up version of the RX 5700XT.

was it a new os install?

use ddu to wipe drivers and get the most stable driver for the 5700xt
(check amd forum or reddit to see which one works best)
Did you move an OS Drive from the old system to the new system? If so, you have to wipe clean SSD. Remove all HDD and SSD but main drive. It will not install a new essential partition if it is not disconnected.

Delete any old partition then click new in windows setup.

When the setup is done, reconnect all HDD and SSD.

It should launch windows 10 with the ASUS logo on booting, but I'm not sure.

Your PSU isn't even close to enough. Get a gold certified 650w or 750

Install Win10 64bit 1909 fresh from you making it on another working PC using your own usb flash drive.
