g means its attached to the gpu and designed to work with whatever gpu its attached to

the mobo and dedicated gpu can use different ram types
Yeah true i know about that ram types with different but how can i know if my motherboard will use or run with GDDR6 if my graphics card is on GDDR5 and whould i chould use my motherboard with GDDR6? or i need new one before i can use GDDR6?
GDDR series RAM is built into the graphics card; all you need to know is that your motherboard has the correct expansion slot (PCI Express x16 is typical) and that you have the proper power supply cables to operate the card.

For your motherboard, you will want to look at your motherboard's documentation to determine the correct type of system RAM should you decide to upgrade that. Recent systems will use DDR4 RAM, however older systems in use may use DDR3 or even DDR2.

1080p 144fps is way more demanding than 1440p 60fps. I keep seeing you recommending cards in the wrong order and it keeps bugging me, so just saying.
Wasn't going by order :/
Well, my point is 2060S can totally do 1440p@60, but even 2070S might struggle with 1080p@144, and you recommend lower card for more demanding job. I remember you saying "if you plan to go 1080p 144Hz you can go drop down to 2060S" or something like that just the other day. But no, one can not. In fact, even 2160p@60 is less demanding than 1080p@144.

I found out my motherboard have PCI x16 so it whouldn't be a problem for me and my psu is a 750 watts plus 80 so i just only have to change intel and graphics card
