Slow boot and stuttering after bios update.
Just updated the BIOS on my gigabyte aorus elite x570 motherboard. Now after the update my pc takes literally 20 minutes to load windows on an SSD. And when at windows it stutters.

I've reset bios settings to default and it did nothing. Any idea?

Install an older BIOS version that isn't borked.

Go back to F5b. That BIOS release just might be bad on that board.
If the problem persists, it wasn't BIOS.

Tried rolling back still have issues. Literally had zero issues before updating the bios. Guess I will just reinstall windows and go from there.

Did you clear the CMOS, by taking the battery out?

Haven't tried that yet, I will try it once I return back home. Had to take a break before I tossed the whole system outside and blew it up with tanerrite.

use the reset bios jumper, or boot to bios and reset
removing the battery may not reset it

Removing the battery tends to reset it. Sometimes the jumpers don't work, nor does resetting in the BIOS themselves.

Taking the battery out did nothing. Cant see where else on the motherboard to reset it.

Maybe, try pulling the CPU out and repaste while you're at it then put back in. Sometimes my bios detects a new cpu after that. If yours does, maybe it will trigger it into acting normal/differently.

Issue isn't CPU not being detected, it's OPs BIOS update and rollback causing issues.

Post your full PC specs then. I might also suggest turning DOCP/EOCP on for your RAM.
