And EDC seems to be power draw, shouldn't be a problem from being at 99-100%.
(Do you have windows powerplan turned to performance or whatever it is? Because that would make your CPU pull 'lots' of power constantly, instead of when it needs it.)
If I've gotten anything wrong, could someone correct me, I'm not familiar with Ryzen Master.
So MSI Mainboard and the Ryzon CPU
If i do check the Temperature with for example CPUId HWMonitor I do get a temperature (package) of 100°C but also on a CPUTIN value of 34°C.
Try checking the temperature with tools your mainboard provider approves. And if that is not working try reading the Temperature in the BIOS of your mainboard.
If all of this values are (almost) the same, you should check your cooling solution. It is definitly possible for a CPU to be thermalthrottled at 95°C
