Thank you very much for the tips.
I tried but it did not recover my issue.
I'd like to know if there is something I can try before reinstalling Win 10.
# I'm spending more than several hours for this troubleshooting :(
I did following.
1) Removed drivers from IOBIT driver booster
2) Uninstalled Steam Client manually
3) Deleted all registry entry name with "valve" and "steam"
4) Restarted Win 10 and re-installed steam client as latest.
5) Connected Logitech F310 controller as XInput mode
But the issue is still remained.
Buttons are mapped as following.
A -> Y + X
B -> X + B
X -> X + A
Y -> Y + B
I checked on Soulcalibur 6 and Tekken 7's controller setting page.
Both are same maker.
I was not sure the check other game for button checks.
It got wrong mapping, but there's place to change.
But it got resolved after I reinstalled Win 10.
I really could not figure out other way.
I've got root cause later.
"Windows Management Instrumentation" service required to be running.
I've disable the service without proper knowledge.
It might be not all the case, but I think it's better to check if you have this issue.
