Connect Bluetooth gamepad to Android box that doesn't have Bluetooth

I have Android TV Box and I want to play games on it via Steam Link app.
For that I need gamepad.

I have Bluetooth gamepad but Android box doesn't have Bluetooth built in.

I have Bluetooth USB Adapter.
When I plug that adapter to my PC, I can enable Bluetooth in PC settings and connect gamepad or any other Bluetooth device to my PC.

But when I plug in that Bluetooth adapter to Android TV Box, nothing happens.
There's no any Bluetooth settings in Android TV Box.

Does anyone know any other way to make Bluetooth USB Adapter work with Android TV Box so I can connect gamepad to it?

TV Box is rooted so I can mess around with system files if necessary.

As many have BT built in. For using BT speaker and such.

It's not TV. It's Android Box that connects to TV via HDMI cable.

When I go into settings it opens standard settings that you'd find on any Android phone/tablet/tv
But there's no Bluetooth options because that box doesn't have Bluetooth.

I'm wondering is it possible to somehow trick it into thinking that USB Bluetooth Adapter is its internal Bluetooth.
And then I could maybe enable Bluetooth via terminal commands and then connect Bluetooth gamepad.

Does the TV have built in Wifi?
But no, I doubt anything like that will work on the TV usb. That's generally for storage device.

How far away is the gaming pc from the tv?

You need android drivers for that adapter, and possibly the gamepad, check the manufacturer's site if those exist at all. If they do, download and install.

No. TV is just a regular LCD without any network connectivity or anything like that.
That's why I bought Android Box so I can have internet and other stuff on it.

TV has one USB port but it's used only so manufacturer could reinstall TV firmware.
Not even storage devices can be connected to it.

But Android Box have 2 USB ports.
I have wireless keyboard connected to 1 USB port (USB dongle that came with that keyboard is plugged in Android Box and dongle is wirelessly connected to keyboard)

I also tried plugging in wired gamepad and it works. (But gamepad cable can't reach the couch )

But when I plug in Bluetooth Adapter into Android Box nothing happens (only LED on Bluetooth adapter lights up, meaning it has electric power)

I think it's just the matter of software.
If PC can use Bluetooth adapter without any problems, why Android Box wouldn't be able?

I have these 3 USB Bluetooth Adapters.

And gamepad can be connected to PC, Android phone and Raspberry Pi without needing to install any drivers.

Sorry for delayed response. I was at work.

As you can see, there's no any Bluetooth settings anywhere.

Bluetooth settings are usually located below WiFi settings (screenshot of my phone settings)

I looked for Bluetooth settings in Network & Internet section of Settings on Android Box, but Bluetooth options aren't there or anywhere else.

And if I launch an application that uses Bluetooth, I get toast notification saying "Bluetooth not available"

On regular Android phones it's possible to enable built-in Bluetooth by using

am start -a android.bluetooth.adapter.action.REQUEST_ENABLE

But how can I enable and use USB Bluetooth on Android Box?

Then buy a box that does have BT since your TV isn't an Android Smart type already with such features built in.

I bought this Android box recently.
I don't have money to just purchase another one that does have Bluetooth.
I bought this one just because it was heavily discounted and cheap considering its specs.

Well the box needs BT. U can't force something that's not supported. I can't help you don't want to hear it. If the box is new, just return it and buy a better one with such features built-in.

Nope, right place because you already got the correct answer. All hardware needs drivers to interface with the OS. Windows has a ton of them built-in, through various means. Android doesn't. You either get the drivers (*), or you bought an expensive paperweight, learned why it was discounted and why you buy android boxes, chrome books and other specialized stuff with the specs you need, rather than assuming upgrading is possible or as easy as windows.

* The manufacturer or places like github and similar open source developers which may offer generic bluetooth drivers that will get your adapter to function. Good luck on your search.
